Why we built this

NinjaBot-AI started from a simple frustration familiar to anyone who trades futures on NinjaTrader: the strategy on paper is rarely the strategy in practice. Plans get overridden in the moment, rules get bent after a string of losses or wins, and the gap between "what I decided" and "what I did" is where most of the damage happens.

We didn't set out to predict markets. We set out to remove the gap. NinjaBot-AI is a set of rule-based automation modules for NinjaTrader, built so that a defined strategy executes exactly as defined, every time, on your own account, under your own control.

How we think about this business

We are a software and education company. Full stop. That shapes every decision we make, including ones that might look like we're leaving money on the table:

  • One product, built the same way for everyone. Every subscriber runs the same modules, configured by them, on their own account. We don't customize the software to an individual's positions or circumstances, and we never take discretionary control of a customer's trading.
  • No signals, no managed accounts, no evaluation-passing promises. NinjaBot-AI is not a signals service, not a funded-account or prop-firm-pass product, and not a substitute for a broker or an advisor. You hold your own account and make your own decisions about whether and when to run the software.
  • We don't talk in guarantees. Futures trading carries real risk of loss, and no software changes that. Anywhere we show strategy performance, it's labeled for what it is and paired with the hypothetical-results context it needs — see our Risk & Earnings Disclaimer for the full detail.

None of this is boilerplate we added for a compliance checklist. It's the actual shape of the product: discipline, delivered as code, owned entirely by the person running it.

NinjaBot-AI is built to run on the NinjaTrader platform and is commonly used alongside accounts at Apex, Bulenox, Take Profit Trader, Lucid Trading, and My Funded Futures. We are an independent software provider — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader or any of the firms named above.
