1. Educational Software, Not Advice
NINJABOT-AI is automated strategy software and educational material built for use on the NinjaTrader platform. Nothing on this site, in the software, in onboarding calls, or in any educational material we provide is personalized investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity interest, or other financial product. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make using the software.
2. Not a Registered Advisor, Broker, or Trading Advisor
The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor, and no one acting on the Company's behalf is authorized to act as one. The software is provided on the same standardized terms to every customer; we do not direct, manage, or exercise discretion over any customer's trading account at any time.
3. You Retain Sole Control of Your Account
NINJABOT-AI is not a signals service, a managed-account service, or a copy-trading arrangement. You install and configure the software yourself, on your own brokerage or evaluation account, and you alone decide if, when, and how it runs. The Company never has custody of, access to, or discretionary authority over your funds or your account.
4. Risk of Loss
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all, or more than, the amount you commit to trading. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Market conditions, execution quality, broker/platform behavior, and your own settings all affect real-world results, and all of these can differ materially from any example, backtest, or illustration we show.

Whether you meet any third-party evaluation firm's rules, targets, or time limits is entirely outside the Company's control.
8. Your Responsibility for Your Broker's and Prop Firm's Rules
You are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the rules, terms, risk limits, and policies of your own broker, futures commission merchant, and any evaluation or funded-account firm whose account you choose to run the software on. The Company has no relationship with those firms on your behalf and cannot waive, modify, or interpret their rules for you. If use of third-party automated software is restricted or prohibited by your broker or evaluation firm, that restriction applies to you regardless of anything stated here.
9. Independence From Named Platforms and Firms
NinjaTrader®, Apex, Bulenox, Take Profit Trader, Lucid Trading, and My Funded Futures are trademarks of their respective owners. NINJABOT-AI is compatibility-tested to run on or alongside these platforms and account types; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated in partnership with any of them, and none of them has reviewed or approved any claim made on this site.
10. No Fiduciary Relationship
Nothing in your purchase or use of NINJABOT-AI creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and the Company. We act solely as a software publisher and educational-content provider.
11. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using NINJABOT-AI, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand the risks of futures trading, understand that no outcome is guaranteed, and accept sole responsibility for your own trading decisions and for compliance with any broker or evaluation firm whose account you use.
